Privacy & Texting Policy

Orbit by Collin Andrews and Family collects your name, cell phone number, and email address when you book a lesson. We use them only to schedule your lessons, send confirmations and reminders, and contact you about your bookings.

Text messages

When you book, you can choose to receive text messages from Orbit by Collin Andrews and Family about your lessons: booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and sign-in codes. Message frequency varies with your bookings, usually 1–4 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not required to book.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at 312-505-7758 or c@orbitbycollin.com.

We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with anyone for marketing purposes.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Zelle payments are sent directly through your bank.
