Terms of Service

These terms cover booking baseball lessons with Orbit by Collin Andrews and Family ("Orbit") at book.orbitbycollin.com.

Lessons and payment

Lessons are held indoors at 1319 W Concord Pl, Chicago, IL 60642. Prices are shown when you book. Payment is due by Zelle to 312-505-7758 or by card through Stripe. Lesson packages are sold in whole hours and do not expire.

Cancellations

You can cancel for free up to 5 hours before your lesson using the link in your confirmation. Cancelling within 5 hours adds a $10 late-cancellation fee to your next lesson. Same-day lessons are requests until Orbit confirms them.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts, Orbit will send you text messages about your lessons: booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and sign-in codes. Message frequency varies, usually 1–4 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop receiving texts at any time; you'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Agreeing to texts is not required to book. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we use your information. We never sell or share your phone number or texting consent for marketing.
